Vol. II Number 33 August 30, 1998
The BBC reported about the dangers of the rapid rise of technology. Today the scientists have implanted chips that have the ability to track all of your whereabouts, finances, investments, and etc. All of this technology coincides with the abilities of the antichrist, false prophet, and the image of the beast. Two weeks ago I talked about the prototype of the image of the beast being created at MIT. The technology is escalating so fast that at any time the rapture of the church could happen.
We are living in the era that is described in the Bible concerning the last days. We are living in an era that we can access our bank accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are living in an era where more and more people rely on their computers and the Internet for transferring information and mail. The Internet avails us the ability to communicate with others around the world at the cost of a local phone call. When I was stationed in Germany, a phone call to my parents cost $50.00 for a short call like 5 minutes. Now with the Internet I can talk to someone in Germany for hours and it is untimed and only cost the price of a local phone call. Though all of this advancement links the world together, all it takes is for one man to crack one of the root servers and this will be the one who will be called the antichrist. This could happen at any moment. This could happen at any instant. The time is NOW to make your election and calling sure!
Revelation 13:11-18
11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two
horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth
the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly
wound was healed.
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven
on the earth in the sight of men,
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles
which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell
on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound
by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image
of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the
image of the beast should be killed.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to
receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name
of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the
beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore
and six.
Revelation 14:8-11
8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen,
that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of
her fornication.
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man
worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in
his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out
without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with
fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of
the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they
have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever
receiveth the mark of his name.
Revelation 15:1-2
1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having
the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had
gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and
over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of
God.
Revelation 16:1-2
1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go
your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell
a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and
upon them which worshipped his image.
We are living in the day and the hour that was prophesied by the prophets and Jesus Christ. There is already a prototype of the image of the beast being created at MIT. There are already chips made that can be embedded under your skin that can track your movements. These chips are currently being enhanced to handle your finances, banking and securities, and such. How close are we to the day when it will be required that these chips will be implanted in you. How soon are we to the fulfillment of prophecy that say that you won't be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast or without the number of his name. The technology is here that has been prophesied in the Bible. The hour is at hand that now is the time to look up for our redemption is drawing near.
Luke 21:28
28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up
your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
1 Thessalonians 4:15-18
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive
and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are
asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the
voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall
rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them
in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the
Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
If Jesus calls the church home today, will you rise to meet him in the air? Will you be loosed of the bounds that hold you to the earth? Are you ready to meet Jesus today? Are you covered by the blood of the Lamb? Are you where you want to be in Christ's body? The coming of the Lord is at hand. If you need to make something right, now is the time. Jesus is calling, can you hear his precious call? Are your bags packed to meet the Lord?
Now is the time to make your calling and election sure. Now is the time to be prepared to meet the Lord in the air. Now is the time to cleanse your life of what sins that remain. Jesus is calling you today to make your life ready for his divine call.
