The world that we live in today is filled with heartache and trouble. For instance, just this past week There were some boys arrested for conspiring shot and kill more children in their school that the boys in Arkansas. Since all forms of religion, Christianity, Judaism, the Bible and anything that is considered righteous has been taken out of the public schools there is no concept of right and wrong. There is no hell in the minds of the people anymore. Nobody is responsible for their actions anymore according to the ``modern'' ethos. All of the legal profession, including the judiciary, argue that there is no God, there is no right or wrong, and that everything depends upon the ``situation.'' One time in court I heard a judge explain in his instructions to the jury that whatever they decide, there will be no damage or harm to either party. If the jury decided against the doctor in a civil malpractice case then only the insurance company will have to pay for any damages. My question is, ``If no one is responsible for their actions, then why even have a judiciary system?''
In today's world there are children carrying guns to school. Nobody is responsible for their actions. Members of the ``medical profession'' have the audacity to try to convince the jury that a murderer, or rapist could not help themselves and that they had to do it. Newt Gingrich made the following comments in a speech he gave to the Republican Women Leaders Forum on May 12, 1999.
Let me talk first about Littleton, a great tragedy, and a tragedy that should frighten everyone of us, both for those who were killed and for the killers. Because it means any of us in any school no matter how good could lose our children and it means any of us in any home could lose our child. And we should have a national open discussion about how did we get here? How did this great country filled with good people who do amazing things allowed it to be degenerated to a point when young boys could think such weird perverse thoughts and then act on them? Where the innocent die for no good reason.
Let me give you my answer. One which I am sure I will be castigated for and I am sure my usual critics will write harsh columns about. But it is the truth, and it makes them very guilty and very uncomfortable and they reflect it in their attacks.
We have had a 35-year experiment in a unionized, bureaucratic, credentialed, secular assault on the core values of this country. We should not be surprised that eventually they yield bad fruit because they are bad seeds. They now make sense as a society. For 35 years, god has been driven out of the classroom and we have seen the result in a secular atheistic system in which god in not allowed to exist.
For 35 years the political and intellectual elite's of political correctness have undermined the coral values of American history so our young people may not know who George Washington is or they may not know who Abraham Lincoln is, but they do know what MTV is, and that is not progress, that is decadence, and we should say it bluntly. For 35 years bureaucratic credentialed unions have driven knowledge out to the classrooms, so today, you could have a certified teacher who can't speak a foreign language try to speak and can't speak it because they either don't pay union dues or haven't got credentialed and that is madness.

Is it any wonder that we live perilous times. There is no right and wrong any more. Children are taught on all fronts that there is no right or wrong. They are taught that it is perfectly OK to do anything you want as long as it ``feels good!'' We are living in the time that the Holy Bible speaks about.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
We are living in these awful times described in the Bible. As Newt Gingrich implied, the experiment that has taken God out of the schools and replaced it with with wickedness and unrighteousness has reaped the fruit that has been sown. Schools teach that there is no heaven or hell, right or wrong, good or bad. They insist that situation ethics rules morality, and that there are no absolutes!
As can be seen by the recent events in Littleton, and other places, we have reaped what has been sown. These children get ``pleasure'' in their wickedness! They enjoy killing and murder! They think that it is a video game of sorts. Only what they are doing is no game! When the Bible was taken out of the schools, any conscience of right and wrong was also taken away!
Romans 1:17-32
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

We are now living in a time where the music speaks of killing and hate. We live in an adulterous generation, where there are many single mothers whose husbands have left them for greener pastures. We are living in an age where there are more and more teenage girls getting pregnant and are either raising the child on their own, or get an abortion. Others are so vial that they actually give birth to a living human being and throw the baby into the trash. This era of wickedness is bringing the judgment of God down on the earth and on the daughter of Babylon, the United States of America. We have become as wicked as the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, and a judgment of fire awaits us as a nation.
There is only one help for us, and that is to repent of our sins and bring prayer and Bible reading back to the classroom. The only hope for us is to seek the Lord with all of our heart and ask the Lord to make our paths straight. Only Jesus has the power to heal this wicked nation!
