Genesis 3:1-9

1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

When Adam and Eve were deceived by Satan they were deceived by the finest master of deception, propaganda, and psychological operations that ever was or ever shall be. All of the military's tools of psyops and deception come from the master of deception, the Devil. Satan was even able to deceive a third of the angles in heaven to join his ranks.

Revelation 12:1-17

1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Deception is the most powerful tool that is in Satan's arsenal. This weapon is so powerful that many feel that they are doing the right thing when they are under the deception. Many Christians believe the lies of the deceiver for they sound so good. Lies like giving condoms to children will prevent pregnancy. There is more teenage pregnancy today than ever before. Now promiscuity is accepted behavior whereas in the 60's it was considered bad. Now there are many who believe that killing unborn children is a method of birth control. Today there is no responsibility for your behavior. It used to be that is a boy got a girl pregnant he would be responsible for the child. Now the thought is to have an abortion with no responsibility on either the girl or the boy.

This wicked thought is from the very pits of Hell where Satan has convinced the world that abortion is not murder. Satan has convinced the world that abortion is even good! Many Christians have fallen prey to these lies and many more.

How many times have you been deceived by a swift talking salesman only to realize that you have been sold a bill of goods? How many times have you thought that someone was your friend only to find out that they have been talking about you behind your back? The deceivers liars, and hypocrites are the most dangerous and despicable of Satan's arsenal of warriors. Look at the executives of Enron and the current corporate heads of HealthSouth. Here are the leaders of large corporations who have set up deceptive accounting just to deceive the investor. Look at the preacher who has provided air-conditioned dog houses for his pets while using the ministry to enrich his wealth. These evil doers are just as bad as the bank robber and the murderer. Though they may look good and even may look like they are doing a good job all of them are sinners of the same magnitude.

So when you hear of a bank robber and a deceiver do not differentiate between the two. Both are the children of Satan and the deceiver is more dangerous than the thief and robber. The deceiver has the ability to even deceive you!
