| 1 lb bag Egg Noodles boiled and drained | ||
| Mix by hand in very large bowl: | ||
| 1 stick butter | ||
| 1 16 0z Sour Cream | ||
| 1 16 oz cottage cheese small curd | ||
| 3 eggs | ||
| 1/2cup sugar | ||
| In another bowl mix: | ||
| 4 Cups corn flakes - crushed | ||
| 1 stick butter | ||
| 1/2cup sugar | ||
Boil the noodles while mixing 1st mixture When noodles are done, combine with cottage cheese mixture. Then put 1/2 of corn flake mixture on bottom of 9x13 inch pan and press. Pour noodle mixture in and top with remaining corn flake mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
