Born August 22, 1804 in Beverly, Massachusetts, married May 3, 1833 Hannah Dobbins daughter of Thomas and Sarah (Dane) Dobbins of Beverly. He died about 1854 at 50. She died 1862 at 55.

Mason D.⁸ Born August 13, 1838, killed in battle at Chickamauga, Georgia, 1863.

Osgood D.⁸ Born September 6, 1845, died in army hospital, Nashville, Tennessee, 1864.
