Samuel⁷ Cressey (John⁶, Joseph⁵, John⁴, Daniel³, John², Mighill¹)
Born January 21, 1817 in Gorham, Maine, married 1847 Rebecca Harding, aughter of Joseph Harding of Gorham. He was educated in the public schools and Gorham Academy, was a farmer and lived on the 100-acre homestead farm of his father and grandfather on the Flaggy Meadow Road. He was well informed and very interesting to talk with; showed much interest in the family genealogy. He died 1893 at 76. She died 1896 at 74.

Ella⁸ Cressey born May 2, 1851, unmarried, member First Parish Church, died 1919.

Henry S.⁸ Cressey born January 28, 1855, married 1890 Villie, daughter of John Bragdon of Buxton, farmer, owned a good place in Gorham, and a cottage at Pine Point by the seashore, where he and his sister died. His wife died in Augusta. He died 1931 at 76.
