Richard5 Cressey (John4, John3, William2, Mighill1) was born in Rowley, Mass., July 2, 1770, married March 24, 1795, Dorothy, daughter. of Moses and Sarah (Mighill) Bradstreet of Rowley. She was born January 5, 1776, and died March 13, 1858, at 82. They lived on the farm his father bought in 1771 on Central Street, later owned by his grandson, George B. Blodgette. He died February 20, 1836, in 66th year.

Elizabeth, born in 1797, married (1) 1824 Edmund Boynton, (2) Greenlief Hazen. She died in 1877 at 80.

Sarah Mighill, born February 21, 1800, married 1830 Dr. George Moody of Byfield. He practiced medicine in Boxford (West Parish) and Georgetown, Mass. She died in 1880 in 81st year. He died in Georgetown and buried there.

Charles, born in 1802, married 1832 Mary Bradley of Haverhill. He died in 1848 at 46.

Thomas Bradstreet, born 1804, married (1) Rhoda Whittier, (2) Emily Lydston.

Richard, born April 8, 1807, married Mary E. Harris.

Lucy J., born in 1810, married Joshua, son of Pemberton Hale. She died in 1873 at 63.

Mary, born January 29, 1813, married 1835 Sherburne C. Blodgette. She died in 1899.

           (1)    George Brainard Blodgette
                  born December 6, 1845, married February 20, 1872, 
                  Ella, daughter of Josiah Millett, born in 1853. He 
                  was a graduate of Brown University, A.B., 1866; 
		  A.M., Brown, 1869; A.M., Bowdoin, 1869; LL.B., 
                  Harvard, and L.S., 1870. He was Corporal in 
                  48th Mass. Volunteers in Civil War; lawyer and 
                  historian; member Newburyport Commandery, K. T. 
                  His house was the homestead of his grandfather, 
                  Richard5 Cressey of Rowley, on Central St. 
                  He died in 1918 at 74. She died in 1925 at 72.

1. George Brainard Blodgette, Jr. born December 13, 1872, married _____ in Denver, Colorado, Rosa May, daughter of Dr. Josiah C. Campbell, born in Charlestown, Vermont, in 1874. He died in 1932 in 60th year.

2. Thornton Blodgette, born July 10, 1877, died in 1878.

3. Gladys Blodgette, born August 26, 1886, married in 1922 Ernest L. Cookson, Cleveland, Ohio.

4. Weldon Blodgette, born August 27, 1888, married in 1913 Rose Chabek, Cleveland, Ohio.

Weldon G., born June 12, 1924.
